Legal Basis
The labor outsourcing service offered by Terceiriza Global is fully compliant with current Brazilian legislation. The main rule that regulates this modality is Law No. 13,429/2017, which amended Law No. 6,019/1974, allowing outsourcing in core and non-core activities of companies, as long as labor rights and guarantees are maintained.
The legislation establishes that the contracting company does not have a direct employment relationship with the outsourced employees, as long as the service provider assumes all legal obligations, such as salaries, labor charges, benefits and payroll management — exactly as is done by ATN.
